“I debated whether to even do this review so that the word wouldn't get out about how amazing this property is. From the minute we walked in the door, we were in love. Within 24 hours we knew we would never stay anywhere else in CDMX. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is top notch, and the little touches of art and design put this hotel over the edge. “Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.
All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. ”
