「The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

「An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me.」

「Property in general was very good. Some more utensils and a frying pan would be useful additions to the kitchen. Communication from the host was a bit lacking too, I didn't get the entry codes until 10 minutes before check in. It states 3 days on the app. I messaged them several times but received no reply back, so I had to call them on the day we were travelling up, as I was worried that we wouldn't be able to get into the property.」

「As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge...

「Do NOT book these apartments at Aurum House . I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. So I called the other number that was on the listing on the Hotels.com website. It was aswered by...

「Host was really helpfull, letting us know where his recommendation to eat was before. The only problem for me being disabled, was not know about all the steps to get into the property. They were different sizes as well so didnt help either. Tim was very apologetic and was trying to come up with ideas, when he saw me struggling to get into the house. 」
