Hotel location was good, however the cleanliness was not great. If I was a contractor it would have been fine, however not for family. The bed was comfortable just not clean.

Lovely little gem of a pace
Room was lovely, everybody was so friendly and welcoming, everything was lovely and clean, we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate in staying again So close to everything that South Pier has to offer.

Thank you for great stay.
Did not really spend much time at accommodation as busy in Blackpool.
Had a great couple of nights.
Wonderful location for the water park and pleasure beach too.

It states on here that parking is free at this hotel however there is none. This is the main reason we booked this hotel. It is a good location for south blackpool. Took around 20/30 minutes to walk to blackpool centre

The hosts weren’t there to greet us upon arrival. A worker who was fortunately enough was standing outside called the hosts/owners to give us codes to enter the doors and door key for room. Indoors,front room was full of boxes bags Christmas decorations etc. nowhere for guests to sit apart from room. (No lounge ). The room was decorated nicely though. Quite modern unfortunately the sheets were stained (fake tan ) and a few others. Some hairs too. Toilet light not working and difficult to contact owners. Would say guest house is ok for a base or overnight but would not stay longer. No facilities for breakfast. Good location. Right next to promenade at central pier. Parking is not great, only street parking which prove to be difficult but it is a busy time of year.

Best Budget Stay in Blackpool
Last minute weekend break for me and my little boy, booked on a few hours before arrival. Very sceptical when seeing the price I paid, but very very happily surprised on arrival. Stayed in room 6, not big room, but worked perfect for the two of us. Comfy double bed, sea view, TV that actually works (rare in budget hotels), wifi that actually works (same comment applies), met the cleaning lady on our way out, very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in contactless process, clear and concise instructions sent via email. Will be staying again

We stayed for 1 night and used the hotel as a base for visiting the Waterloo Music Bar, which its within easy walking distance of. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted with easy self check in when we arrived and the room was great with a really comfy bed. The hotel is right on the seafront, close to the Velvet Coaster and McDonald’s, if they’re your thing. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to stop here again. Definitely recommended!

The property is in a great location and parking right outside, if you manage to get a space. We didn't use the car the whole time we were there and used the tram once. Arcades, rides and beach over the road, Pleasure Beach round the corner and a quick ride on the tram to the shops. Rooms are great, beds really comfy and the owners are really hospitable. If i had to come up with a complaint, the bunk beds were quite squeaky but there was a sofa bed that could be used also so the second night was much quieter!

Would recommend to stay in Blackpool
A really lovely, cosy B&B right by the beach and all the attractions. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It had a stunning bespoke headboard and matching tables. Lots of nice little details to make it very comfortable. The host was great and very attentive. Absolutely no complaints from us and it will be our first choice if we need somewhere to stay in Blackpool.

Nice stay
Nice little hotel and people friendly. Good location to south pier and right by a weatherspoons for breakfast! We couldn’t park on the road so paid £12 which covered us until 11am the next day literally round the corner.

FRIENDLY HOTEL just outdated
Hotel is more B+B. NEEDS UPDATING very friendly staff/owners who do make you feel welcome , but found it did smell strongly of animals , our beds creaked on every movement and weren’t comfy, only had left 2 little milk pods on arrival and staff not avail to grab any when we got back to room.so had to run to shop next morning to buy milk.property outdated and needs FEW cosmetic changes and NO breakfasts avail next morning .

This is a 2* budget hotel so don’t expect the Ritz. That said the host was lovely and friendly and every thing was spotless. I would stay again but perhaps in a different room. Price wise you can’t go wrong. Enjoy your stay. We did !
