“The staff are great. The room is basic but has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Some minor diy improvements could be undertaken. However the price of the room is very reasonable and great value. It is in an ideal location. I would certainly stay there again in the future.”

“We stayed for 3 nights as we was going to Lytham Festival and it was the perfect little stay. The hosts were very friendly, went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable for your stay. The breakfast was top notch and they would recommend restaurants in the area if you were looking for something different to eat later on in the day. The rooms are a good size all with ensuite.
