This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. Centrally located you are within walking distance to all that Birch Bay has to offer. Located ground floor you can walk across the grass and down to the water. The condo is newly remodeled and the Owner has made sure you will have everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Each bedroom has a new and comfortable Queen size bed. There is also a Queen size air mattress for those extra guests that can be set up in the living room. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo for your use during your stay. The kitchen has lots of working space and all the dishes, pots and pans, utensils and appliances you need for a light snack or full meal. In the living room you will find a nice large TV and comfy sofa and chairs. The living area goes out onto a patio with the best part, "the view," and what a view of the water and some of the most beautiful sunsets you will see. Patio furniture and a propane fire pit makes this space perfect for you and your family. While at Jacobs Landing you have use of the property amenities. Indoor pool, hot tub, game room, racquetball court and outside a tennis court. This condo also has an outdoor fire pit.
This property also offers complimentary secure WIFI during your stay. NO CABLE

Great condo to relax

Lovely condo

The unit has a view of the water and lights flicker from the spit across the bay making night special too. The unit is clean, well supplied and laid out well. Could use lights on the two steps between first and second level. Could use a workspace in the second bedroom like a dresser or table for organizing belongings. There are several stairs to the first floor unit.

We’ve stayed there several times over the years. We love the ground floor units so the kids/grandkids now, can play out front safely and within view. We love the close proximity to the beach & of course the indoor pool and hot tub since we usually come in the Spring.

Birch Bay Retreat

We walked into a sparkling clean condo and saw that we had a view of the bay. We enjoyed the patio, the beach, the pool and sleeping in a bed that was as comfortable as ours at home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. It was a perfect getaway. We'll be back in the summer!

Very Nice Condo

This unit is lovely and recently renovated. Nice sunset views and several restaurants close by within walking distance. The only issue was the main heating unit is very loud while engaged. Evenings were cool in September and the heating came on periodically. Had we understood the bedrooms operated independently (and quiet) would have been helpful. Instructions on how the heating works is advised. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation

Birch Bay Family Getaway

We enjoyed our family time in this condo for a short getaway. Beautiful sunset views, a short walk to the beach, and a quick bike ride to the C Shop. The kitchen is beautiful and was equipped with all our needs for some quality family dinners. Our only suggestion would be the towel selection. They seem to be shedding generously. Maybe a new selection would be helpful. Thank you for a great getaway.

Great Location for 4th of July Fireworks

Excellent accommodations. Kitchen was so well equipped! The condo was nicely modern, clean and spacious. Just step outside and you can watch 4th of July Fireworks on the patio. And cross the street and there is a nice walking trail along the Bay. Some suggestions: - Would have been nice to have more places to hang towels because not enough racks for the 4 of us. - I think those dark blue towels need to be washed a few more times as they are leaving dark lint behind. - toilet doesn't flush well - shower faucet leaks

Nice little weekend getaway

The kitchen was really well appointed, had everything we needed to cook all our meals in the unit. Lots to do very close by, with beech walks, waterslides 3 blocks away, mini golf, go carts etc. just down the road. Pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, all on property and the little propane fire on the patio was really nice. Kept the kids busy the whole time! We had a great time.

Great location!!!

We really liked the layout of the condo and the location. The condo was clean and had nice updates, the only thing negative was the smell of cigarette smoke and the door to the bedroom wouldn’t latch unless you closed it really hard. Other than that I would highly recommend the condo for the location, amenities and cute style.
