We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again

We just came for a quick overnight staycation but the condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable! The heated blankets were a bonus and pretty necessary with the 15 degree temps outside. I highly recommend this condo!

We’ve stayed at Jacob’s Landing before but in a different unit. This one surpassed the other place. Updated, clean, ground floor, stocked kitchen, everything was in working order. Very comfortable beds!

Everything inside was so clean and high quality. We did feel safe. Parking was a bit tight. A full length mirror in each bedroom would help. And maybe one by the exit.
