“My family, my sister-in-law’s family, and my in-laws spent a few days here and it was lovely. The house has plenty of parking for four cars, the table/bar in the kitchen accommodated all of us, and the back porch is absolutely amazing. If we weren’t at the dock or in the water, we were sitting as a family on the back porch talking and enjoying the scenery. We cooked three big meals a day, and the only tip that I can offer is to bring any and all spices, oils, foil, k-cups, etc., that you’ll……

“Clean and comfortable, right on a creek with outdoor furniture and a swing! This is in Blairsville, so most restaurants are only 5-10 minutes away. Super easy and relaxing—just what we needed to get some rest.”

“We chose this cabin based on the quaint size and the fact that it had a big loft, which our kids absolutely loved! Plenty of games upstairs, which was a nice touch. The loft area was warm on the cold nights, so we appreciated the fan, and there were enough blankets downstairs to balance out the temperature difference (as expected with a loft). Cabin was equipped with everything we needed - our only suggestion would be to add a USB charging station, but we also wouldn't consider this a negative……

“This little cabin was just what we needed. We traveled to the area for a family wedding and, while our schedule was erratic, we found the place a very pleasant respite and welcoming at all hours. You have to understand that rural Georgia is going to have some gravel accesses and obscure connectors but that is part of the appeal. If you use GPS, I would recommend Google or Apple Maps as WAZE seems to think it is okay for automobiles to access the Appalachian Trail.”
