Highly recommend this property to anyone - please note: the property includes a number of stairs and it is a few blocks to shopping etc, so those with mobility challenges may wish to consider this.”

“Perfect little bolt hole with lovely countryside views. Ideally posiitoned for walks in the forest (5 minute walk from the door to the forest) and down to Symmonds Yat. Paul was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean in the 'pigsty'. Definitely a funky place to stay. Would definitely go again!”

“We had a 3 night stay in this apartment.Very well appointed for all amenities in town. It was clean and well furnished. Beds comfy too.Kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Good wardrobe space but could have done with a small chest of drawers for small items of clothing. Only drawers are bedside tables.Lovely bathroom but a power shower would have been more enjoyable. Good to have a parking space too.”

“We stayed here for two weeks with our two kids. The place itself is very unique, clean with lots of light despite being a basement. It was excellent for summer stays since it is nice and cool. Location is excellent- right across from Montpellier Park which our kids loved!! Lots nearby within walking distance. David was also an incredible host! ”
