“The home was such an incredible, inviting space. So many personal touches that made us want to stay there all day. So close to Main St. and had the Fredericksburg vibe you are looking for. The deer were there around 5pm each day and they provided feed which was fun! Clean, well-decorated and worth it!”

“The cotton quarters were cute and cozy for a couples trip. The easy access to downtown made it wonderful and the neighborhood is very quite and peaceful at night. The room was very clean with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and Keurig coffee items. The hot tub was warm and very clean with easy private access from the room. The pricing is fair and competitive. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy. The 24/7 customer service if needed was a great touch as well. I……

“We had an amazing stay and the location was perfect. Not too remote, but just secluded enough. Close to many attractions, trails, and fun restaurants in the hill country. The patio was where we spent most of our time and loved it. Left feeling recharged and refreshed. However, the view isn’t as visible as the photos as there are some trees blocking the view. Not a big deal but just a heads up! We loved the deer that visited and fed them lots of deer corn. The place had most of what you needed……

“Very friendly and gracious host. Property is easy to find, very centrally located for our purposes. House is well decorated, big enough for all to spread out or gather together. Beds and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Plan to return at our next opportunity. ”
