“THIS IS A GREAT, QUIET, COMFY PLACE!!! A good deal for the money!!!The only bummer about this place was the cleanliness of the floors. I like to go barefoot, and kept having to wash my feet due to the dirty floors. The bathroom was the worst. Hair and gunk hadn't been swept up before we arrived. I learned later that the owner had a new housekeeper, so maybe she just forgot to clean the floors? ”

“This property is perched on a hilltop and has great views. the inside was clean and the set up was great for our family. It was very peaceful and still a short drive to everything Dripping Springs has to offer. The only nit about our stay is that it wasn't as well equipped as we would have expect. We ran out of toilet paper and didn't have certain utensils. We do however recommend this property for those visiting the Dripping Springs area. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was adorable and located in a peaceful, quiet area—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was very comfortable for four adults, with plenty of space to unwind after enjoying local activities.One of the highlights was seeing deer casually walk down the road late at night. The host was also fantastic: very helpful, informative, and consistently communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We would definitely recommend this……

“We enjoyed the pool and beautiful views! The location was close to restaurants and the golf course we played. Very clean and loved sitting outside on the porch telling war stores and listening to music! ”

“I absolutely love this house! It was clean and comfortable. Back off the road and very private and quiet. Unfortunately, due to the burn ban, we couldn’t have a fire outside, but the fire pit area was a nice place to sit and talk. There’s so much to do in the area with just a short drive. This is definitely a place I would return to. ”
