“Every staff person that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The evening "snack" and breakfast were delicious and plentiful! We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great stay! Will look forward to staying at a Drury Hotel again soon!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Thermostat didn't work very well so the room temp was never quite comfortable. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had lots of choices including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon and more. We ate in the middle of the breakfast hours and some of the food was cold, some was really good, and some was burnt. Maybe we just hit it on an off day or time, wouldn't object to……

“We had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites in Valdosta, GA. Our grandkids loved the pool. Breakfast was great. Had a nice stay.”

“Everything was great except for the young lady that checked us in. She needs more training. She was not enthusiastic and acted like she didn't want to be there. We mentioned we had a dog with us and we paid the fee for that and the deposit fee. She told us that we would get the deposit fee back. I waited and didn't see the credit and called back on 04/02 to see why and the gentleman told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that was the pet fee. My credit card was charged the deposit……

“Ok hotel but overpriced. The rooms had cracks in all the drywall and paint splatters in the mirror. It was fairly clean ”

“Everything was fair.”

“The lobby service is so bad ”

“Our first room had some rowdy tenants nearby so we had to move to another room on the other side of the building. Good morning could have been cleaner and the pool hadn't been cleaned in a while but it sounds like the property is going through a management change so it looks like it's getting upgraded very soon”

“The check-in process was easy and the clerk was very friendly. As a woman staying with my daughter, I actually did not feel safe in this area or hotel. Parking was fine. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast. The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was in such poor condition that we did not even use the shower/tub. The furniture was all scratched and old, the carpet was frayed. We only slept for 4 hours and then we left before dawn. ”

“First what I didn't like. I am sure it's a rare occasion but we had to eat breakfast with knives and spoons because there were no forks. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and in the elevator which gave a unkempt appearance. Rooms were basic, austere, without any character but I guess that's what these big hotel chains are going for. Breakfast was just okay... Now, here is what I liked. Clean room, clean bathroom. At night they serve snacks and there is a nice carafe of cold lemon water……
