“Great stay”

“My immediate family (me, wife, 4 teenager) as well as some extended family (brother, sister, and her daughter) stayed here for a week. Wow. What a place. We did go do some local sightseeing in Halifax and Lunenburg, but our best times were at the place. It has all you need for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, swimming off the dock, an incredible view, and a wonderful, super responsive host. It gets our highest recommendation.”

“This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. The back yard and deck are spacious but we spent most of our time traveling. This is a great location for families looking to maximize ability to hit Peggy’s Cove as well as down to Crescent Beach and……

“From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The owners live next door, so we stopped over to let them know we were there and to get dinner suggestions. They gave us our privacy, but let us know they were there if we needed anything. This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed in, the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The weather was perfect, we were able to take the kayaks two mornings before heading out for a day of sight seeing. We will definitely stay there again……

Lovely hosts, gorgeous cozy property, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful information pack, board games in the cupboard, everything spotless, and in a great location within a few minutes walk of Lunenberg’s waterfront, shops and restaurants. Even the flowers at the front were in full bloom and smelled amazing! We toured Canada for 5 weeks, as a family of 4, staying in 14 different locations, and this house was my favourite. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! I only……

“This was just the perfect place to stay to just get away. But at the same time close enough to other cities to make day trips easy. The cove in front was just beautiful and the stars at night are amazing. We would definitely go back. ”
