“Tim the owner and his staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying here if in the four corners area. Great place, quiet, good home made breakfast, hot fresh coffee, tasty cinnamon rolls, clean rooms. There are wonderful museums in town. Near most State and National parks. We stayed a week and had so much fun as a family. Alot to see in the area and Tim was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It doesn't look luxurious at first, but the facilities are very complete. The air conditioner is turned on before you check in, so it is cool as soon as you enter the room. There is water in the refrigerator and a freezer compartment, which can quickly cool down the food. It's a quiet place in a quiet town. Very nice.”

“Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Internet sacked. TV would keep kicking off and circling every 5 minutes and have to restart it often. Don't go to Blanding on a Sunday NOTHING is open. No restaurant not the grocery store. Everything closed. CRAZY”
