I asked for a towel and got the third degree. We had 3 people in our room and only 2 towels. There was something in the shower looked like pee. 「The home had not been cleaned before our arrival. There were tiny dead bugs all over the kitchen counter. Tray on the outside of the refrigerator door was filled with slimy water, cloth stuffed inside the ice dispenser, keurig tray was moldy and in master bath toilet paper holder hanging out of a whole in the wall. The key lock was very persnickety. We emailed, left voicemail and sent text to host who did not respond during our stay. We left 2 more messages once we were home and still have not...
