「This was a pretty little house that was in a great location. The house was very clean. When you said bring only your clothes and food you meant it. The only thing that I would suggest fixing is the grill one of the legs is broken and could be dangerous if you had someone there that was not careful. Even the hot tub was nice.My daughter love the air hockey table. Thank you for letting us stay in that beautiful house. 」

「The home was newly renovated and the host did an excellent job creating a modern farmhouse design. Gary (our host) supplied us with everything we needed to have an awesome experience including coffee, spices, water, firewood, detergent, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and made a huge bonfire. If we ever come back we would definitely stay there again! 」

「This riverfront cottage was perfect for our four-day middle TN getaway! It was a short drive from our home in Knoxville, and was exactly what our family of four needed. The description on Vrbo matched the cottage precisely! Everything we could need was there, and we enjoyed playing one of the murder-mystery games that we found. The private dock was perfect for taking a float on the river. We were glad to see that after a review in June 2025 said there was no ladder on the dock, that the owner...

「Great property with easy water access. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great trip! 」

「This is a nicely-renovated home that is set well back from a quiet road. The property has woods on three sides for complete privacy. It is about 10 minutes from the eastern entrance to the magnificent Fall Creek Falls State Park. The house is pretty basic but it has been recently renovated, is super clean and is well equipped. There is a huge back deck as well as an outdoor seating area in front. The beds were comfortable. The host is very responsive.」

「We enjoyed it」

「We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!...

「The host was very thoughtful, nice and communication was great. They Made sure we was safe during the rain storm. Check in was Easy and the place was very clean and well kept. The location was in reasonable distance to restaurants and things to do in downtown chattanooga. I would definitely come back to stay again.」
