“Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open……

“We had the sweetest stay at Dewberry Cottage while in town for the Round Top Antique Market. It’s such a darling little cottage tucked out in the country—comfortable, quaint, and wonderfully quiet.One of our favorite parts was coming back in the evenings to be greeted by Ruby, the cutest dog, who would wait by the gate and then run ahead of our car to lead us back to the cottage. It made us smile every time. In the mornings, we loved seeing the cows just beyond the fence, peeking at us through……

“Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. ”

“Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here……

“The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. When we first walked in, we knew we didn't want to spend the 2 nights that we had paid for, nonrefundable. We left and luckily found a hotel. It was very disappointing, as we……

“The townhome was perfect for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and was close to local shops and eateries. Communication with host was always timely and professional and was available at any time if needed. House was equipped with board games and tv for entertainment. Would recommend for anyone needing a nice place to stay and is family friendly!”
