“Hands down, best place to stay if you need to get away from the rest of the world to relax and decompress. Everything we needed to cook was available. House is roomy and clean. It’s quiet and remote, perfect for getting away for a few days. Highly recommend and will definitely be repeat visitors. ”

“Amazing cabin right in the middle of where we wanted to be extras at the cabin were amazing grill area horseshoe pits and back deck only down falls were the gravel rd to get to property on a motorcycle was sketchy and yard could have been mowed and a water softener system would take sulfur smell out of water but all in all we had a wonderful time we even had deer in the back one morning absolutely amazing ”

“What a beautiful and serene getaway! We truly enjoyed our stay. This guest house was very comfortable and the view from the large glass windows in the living room/kitchen space was gorgeous. We made good use of the luxurious hot tub in the evenings and experienced a really relaxing weekend. We liked the house so much that we hung out in it for most of our visit to the Athens area!”

“Loved the peace, tranquillity this property offered. I loved this property and will stay there again. The bluebirds and deer were an added benefit. ”

“The property was fantastic & we all had a relaxing weekend. The house is amazing with incredible woodwork & all of the amenities you’d ever need. The location is remote enough to get some peace & quiet but close enough to OU to enjoy events going on there too. The hosts were great & we would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a stay in the Athens area!”

“Loved it”

“This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was lots of space for our “three generations of adults” family. We have been vacationing together for 18 years and have stayed in a real variety of places and houses. This house is older, but has had some nice updates to the inside spaces. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The garage was a nice place to park two vehicles during a very hot and fairly stormy week. The house was very well supplied with most paper products, towels, etc. The……
