「Das Restaurant war vom Hygieneamt geschlossen worden, wir mussten zum Frühstücken zum Italiener gehen, es gab keinerlei Möglichkeit im Hotel Speisen zu erhalten. Der Fahrstuhl war auch kaputt, Hilfe beim Gepäck tragen wurde nicht angeboten. Die Sauna war verdreckt und die Duschen kaputt.」

「Die Lage des Objektes war traumhaft. Innen ist es mäßig: das Sofa etwas abgewetzt, der Tisch verschrammt. Der Schlafzimmerschrank beinhaltete einen komischen Geruch nach altem Schweiß. Bei Regenwetter sind wir dann lieber einen Tag eher abgereist. So richtig war mir die Wohnung den hohen Preis nicht wert.」

「I came to Germany for a trade fair at Messe Berlin and found hotel prices during the event incredibly high. For 22–24 September, I was quoted €378 for a single bed in a five-person hostel room. Then I found this hotel in Potsdam for €414 for two nights.
Getting to the fair was easy: the tram stop is about 200 metres away, and with a transfer to the S7, the journey took around an hour. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr Nicholas also replied quickly whenever I had a question.
