The motel is located next to the Trans Canada highway and is well marked with signage. It is a very well maintained piece of property. The rooms were very clean, including a microwave and small fridge with a freezer. It was quite quiet considering its proximity to the highway. The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. We would recommend this motel, if staying in the area.

This is an old fashioned motel with few amenities and showing its age a little bit, but with decent updates that make it feel comfortable. We thought it was worth the price and kind of charming. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and we felt safe there. What more could you ask for?

Great place to stay overnight while traveling on Hwy 17. Very friendly staff and the room was updated nicely and included a fridge and microwave. Very quiet despite It being right on the highway/main street through Blind River. Will stay again!

The room air conditioner was very loud. When I was checking in, other walk-ins were ahead of me and were quoted significantly less than what I paid through Expedia.

Hardly anyone there the night I stayed but they put me in one of the only two rooms that did not have room darkening shades, just lightweight curtains that let all light in. Luckily I noticed before evening and they let me switch rooms. Room was ok, staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay here or in Blind River again. Nowhere to put anything in the shower except on the floor! Tie wrap repair on the towel rack!

Pillow cases were stained making them seem dirty. AC buttons couldn't be read so hard to figure out how to turn it down. The shower should have a place higher up to hold the shampoo and soap. It was on the side of the shower at the bottom of the shower only stall. Wouldn't stay here again.
