“What an amazing host!! So easy to communicate with, always responsive and helpful with questions. Our team traveled from Bradley University to compete in the formula car competition at MiS. We needed the space to eat, sleep, have team meetings and down time to recover and this property was more than we could hope for. Thankful and blessed!!!”

We came with family to be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse and had everything we needed, wide open space off the back patio. Not much to see in Perrysburg but a cute and surprisingly busy downtown community. The property is on a main highway so it was a bit noisy. If you’re just passing thru this is a great place to relax and unwind. Hosts mindful of our privacy but seemed……

Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.”

“This property is stunning! We had plenty of room for our group of 8. The property was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go in Toledo. The West End is an up and coming neighborhood, with many properties in revitalization. I would recommend staying here if you have a larger group.”

“We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. We loved the house and the location was in a quiet neighborhood but just 67 minutes from campus and close to other attractions. Highly recommend! “The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”

“There was no one at the desk, so there was a slight delay checking in, but I was helped by a friendly staff member eventually. The room was great--clean and comfortable, but the tub drain was really slow. Breakfast was delicious. We had a good stay with those minor bumps.”
