“It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. “Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but……

“Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping are so nice and helpful. The facilities of the spa and the private beach are great. The only thing was the bar staff were not very welcoming. The bar lady was lovely however the bar men could do with smiling to welcome people in to their hotel. Otherwise a wonderful experience and……
