“Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.”

“Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!……

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“Apt over garage. Cute, neat, tidy and well equipped. Great location for walking, not for parking. Street only. Entrance is up a narrow set of stairs at the rear of the property.”

The scenery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and was wonderful to return to after a day of exploring.”

“This comfortable and welcoming home has lovely (seasonal) views of the water. Walk down to the dock to breathe in the salty air and watch the sea birds. The home is tucked at the end of Osborne Point and may take few minutes to find, but is well worth it. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms with cozy linens. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels and everything was very clean. The décor is a lifetime collection of curated items from old New England pottery and lovely……

“We loved our stay in this house on Block Island. It was perfect for our group of 6 (I do think more than that might be cramped). It's a great house, tons of light and great hang-out space upstairs with cozy bedrooms downstairs. We were asked to bring our own towels and sheets a few days before our stay, which came as a surprise so something to be aware of, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay!”

“Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”
