Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. The hotel is an easy walk to the Château, the river, shops, and dining. Nearby local restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Decorated based on Tin Tin, the Monarque hotel becomes immediately a unique hotel. The area and the breakfast are definitely two solids to consider it as a totally recommend.

City was full with a conference. Parking was almost non existent. We were told by hotel staff that we could stay in the 20 minute spot on the street as the police were having to be lenient as parking was full throughout the city. We have not yet checked this morning to see if we are ticketed.

Climatiseur réversible en panne, pas de chauffage central en route, il a fallu se battre pour un chauffage minimum (et pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains) Décoration vieillissante et éclectique.

Vraiment pas terrible.

Hôtel à la décoration très particulière... Une salle de restaurant chinois le reste de l hôtel vieillot avec une deco thème bande dessiné. Pas de cohérence. Pas d eau chaude le matin au premier étage. Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et rien n’est fait par la direction pour changer la situation (pas même un geste commercial à la fin…). Pire, en discutant avec la femme de chambre, on apprend que le problème dans cette chambre est connu mais que rien n’a été fait: l’hôtel commercialisé donc volontairement une chambre défectueuse !! Hôtel à fuir !
