The front desk was polite and helpful, we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast was ready to go and the lady asked us if we would like some coffee or juice and gave us some fruit to go as we needed to be on the road early.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and overall it was a nice stay. Very conveniently located in Bloomfield. But we had some issues with room card keys 'de-activating' and needing repeated reprogramming, plus the front desk wasn't typically occupied – so we had a few times when help wasn't available. The gym is just a laundry room with a mini-treadmill and some dumbbells. But again, for an inexpensive hotel in Bloomfield, it was great. We'd stay here again.

The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were in town for my inlaws 50th Anniversary party and they owned the restaurant we held it at as well. Southfork Grill is a must!! The hotel is clean and the bed is soooooo comfy. Just an amazing one day trip!

Good place, friendly people

Hotels are scarce in this area, but this small town hotel was great! Large rooms, great water pressure. Bed a little lumpy, but i slept great. Adequate breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

At check-in, I received no info about complimentary breakfast nor hours there of. After first night, maid service was great. After 2nd night, the room was not touched -- bed not made up,wastebaskets not emptied, etc.

My room was clean. The mattresses and pillows could use replacement. The refrigerator was spacious and worked very well. There is no elevator. Keep that in mind when packing. The stairwells were dirty. Looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The staff were very friendly when you could find them. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Some fresh fruit, oatmeal, individual milks (not a gallon jug laying sideways in a mini fridge) would have been better. They did have egg, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy as well as a waffle maker. There is only one other hotel in town, so I may have to stay here again in the future for family gatherings. I don't think it's as nice as I remember it about 10 years ago, but I've stayed at worse hotels. This one is mid.
