Really a great property. Not far from all of the downtown and college amenities. Clean, spacious rooms. Far superior to a standard hotel room at a similar or even cheaper price point. Would definitely stay here again.

My only recommendations might be to have the carpeted floor deep cleaned and to provide more than a couple of regular coffee pouches, but that's not a big deal. We walked over and got coffee in the lobby one morning. The 24/7 desk staff were very accommodating, nice and professional.

The property is charming. The feeling of a village setting. It’s a great feeling of old time Bloomington and southern Indiana charm. The location is great! It close enough to university events and just far enough to keep you out of the chaos The room is clean and the amenities are good. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. The door ways were wide enough to access. It was nice to have amenities for my elderly mother. All of the kitchenette amenities were well thought out. I had only 1 challenge the cannot is very tall and reaching was impossible without standing in a chair. Thanks for a comfortable stay. It made our weekend extra special.

Kitchen does not have enough utensils for cooking, sponges they never provide in the room. We have to ask for one. Wash cloths are very oily. Should have taken care off. And bugs we saw in the window. We understand it’s a jungle kind of that we love. But the cleaner should take care and clean the windows. Over all it was good place.

Very unique place to stay in Bloomington. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room. It definitely hasn't seen renovation since the 1980s or 1990s, but it was clean, comfortable, and charming. Our room was large enough to easily host a family of four, with two large televisions, an almost full kitchen, dining table, couch with pull out bed, king bed, jack and jill style bathroom, and more.

My suite was very spacious and well designed, but I especially loved the surroundings. The grounds are beautiful and make an excellent place for a short walk. It also feels sheltered from the rest of the world--town is close, but it seems like you are far away in a pleasant little town.
