Great place to stay in Bloomington, in the heart of Indiana University's athletics area! We have just the spot for you. Located 2 blocks west of IU Memorial Stadium on East 17th, our place is an easy walk to all the athletics and graduation events, and very convenient for any other trip to IU and the Bloomington area! You can see the stadium area from the bedroom window, roughly, well, 3 football field lengths away!

Parking? You bet. Despite being right by all the action, you have parking for at least 1 car right behind the unit, not blocks away.. right there!

This 1 bedroom has a queen bed, but what's more? Its not just a one bedroom. Its a 1 bedroom apartment with its own separate living room area, and a separate kitchenette area with a full set of cabinets, a FULL refrigerator, and a convection microwave. Oh, and coffee? Of course... both a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker for whatever your high octane (or decaf) desires may be! Kitchen table with 4 chairs if you invite a few friends.

This apartment is on two levels, with the full bath and the living room on the ground floor. The living room has a couch, some bonus chairs and a small table and additional chairs. Up the stairs... and the kitchen, bedroom, and a half bath are on the top floor.

Outside the front door is a small concrete patio area at the entry. We do not provide furniture outside since it is off 17th street--lots of foot traffic--however, we provide a nice small table and 2 chairs in the living room that you can migrate outside for chilling (and people watching). Just bring them back inside please so they don't wander off! :-)

Internet & Wifi? You bet. High speed internet from T-Mobile delivered on a nice Eero-based Mesh network to ensure coverage throughout. Smart TV in living room to login to your own services. Please note we do NOT provide cable or other television services at this time but you are welcome to use the smart tv to login to your own, or BYO device to have whatever your usual services are.

Share anything? No. Nothing inside, and not the entrance either! You have a private entrance to this apartment. The kitchen, living room, baths, and bedroom are for your exclusive use. Please note that this apartment is an apartment among other apartments and townhomes which means (although this almost goes without saying...) that it shares walls with other townhomes, as well as the parking areas and outside common areas. Because this is in the heart of the athletics area, you can expect to be in the middle of all the football, graduation, basketball, soccer, and other action along 17th street. Want to be in the middle of it all, with easy, nearly unparalleled access, this is the one! Want to be isolated, off the beaten path, no one around (and a drive to the action)? Perhaps look elsewhere. :-)

Be ready for, and a short walk from, all the IU action next time you stay in Bloomington! Car? Definitely won't need that to get to the games, homecoming, graduation, whatever you need if its in the IU athletics area! Nice to have a place off street to park it, of course, but oh so nice to not really need it too! Thanks so much! We look forward to hosting you!
