Clean, comfortable stay from bathroom to bed. Room with double queen was very spacious compared to many other places. Person at front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking. Standard complimentary breakfast was done well and not over crowded.

Property was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet room. Breakfast was included with alot of options to choose from. They do require a $100 hold on credit card at check in for damages that was not mentioned on Expedia.

The rooms were fine and we appreciated the daily towels and beds made and trash removal. The breakfast was all microwaved and not good and not restocked. I was thankful for sugar free syrup. I appreciated the coffee available all day. Elevators needed a deep clean but even a basic sweep would have helped. Gross. Worn furniture everywhere. They seem to not be reinvesting back into the property.

The staff was helpful. I was helped as soon as I walked inside. They let me know about the continental breakfast and where my room was located. The room was overall in good condition. There was a power drill left in the room. Someone came got it within a couple hours of me arriving. The Breakfast was okay, kinda of picked over. Needed restocked. Overall experience was good. The value for what I paid was decent.

We've stayed at this property several times while our son was a student at ISU. The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained, and very comfortable for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff have always made our stays even better. Totally recommend this hotel!

The room was missing a bedside lamp. No kleenex in the holder, the batteries needed to be changed in the TV remote and the elevator never was cleaned. The breakfast was barely edible and the pool was empty. It’s not really close to the airport and I do not in good conscience believe I could recommend this property to anyone

It was a great stay, and the staff were wonderful. However, my key card had to be reprogrammed several times, and on the second day of my four-day stay, I was woken up because they mistakenly thought my room was vacant. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

I never leave reviews. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years as a working road warrior and this is on the top regarding comfort, cleanliness, and service. The room was spotless clean. It smelled amazing even. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Big fluffy pillows not hard compacted rocks. Everything on this stay hit a 10 on every point.
