"Stadium Stroll Main Level" is the upper/ground floor of a duplex. The private entrance is at the front of the building. There is parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Level 2 EV charger upon request. Well mannered, quiet dogs considered, but prior approval is required and an additional cleaning fee will apply.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a well appointed kitchen. Dining rooms seats 6, expandable with 2 leaf inserts (available upon request) and 2 extra chairs in the front closet. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed and 32” smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two full beds. The living room has ample seating, a queen size sofa bed, and a 55” smart TV. Whether you are streaming the big game or working on your next big project, super fast 2 Gb WiFi has you covered. There is a private deck at the back of the house.

You may hear guests in the other unit "Stadium Stroll Garden Level" on the floor below. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.
