“This is a great value for a basic, no-frills hotel. The building and hotel room furniture are older and a little beat up. But the room and bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly. It was also conveniently located near the highway, restaurants, and a Starbucks.”

“The temperature in his room was very high, but they said there was nothing they could do because the boss was not at home. There are no customers in other rooms, and it is still said that there are no free rooms to replace. They rejected your request very calmly. There is no better word to evaluate them. Very bad experience”

“Doors to room slam hard and loud. Other people staying at the hotel didn’t care to gently shut their doors, so doors slammed in the middle of the night. Rooms were fairly clean, but both rooms we had the bathroom walls had something on them. No hot tub and pool was really cold. Otherwise was a decent stay for the price.”

The young lady that checked us in was very professional and friendly. Rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend this motel and will stay there again should we visit TN in the future.”

“We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. “I only have one small complaint about our stay at Dancing Bear Lodge - the mattress needs replacing (it felt like falling in a hole). Everything else was wonderful - clean, comfortable, welcoming, attractive. Loved welcome basket and lots of towels. Setting is lovely and nice comp'd breakfast at Apple Valley Cafe. Would gladly stay here again.”
