Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and sweeping ocean views overlooking St. Martin, Villa Anguillitta is ideally located right on the water near Blowing Point Ferry, offering seamless access for guests arriving via St. Martin. Your rental vehicle or private driver can be waiting upon arrival. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac between two luxury villas, the setting is tranquil, peaceful, and effortlessly beautiful.



    At Villa Anguillitta, guests may enhance their stay with a curated selection of concierge services, available upon request for an additional fee. These personalized offerings include an in-house private chef or catered dining experiences, private massage and wellness treatments, including serene outdoor massages in the gazebo, pre-arrival grocery shopping and fridge provisioning, dedicated private chauffeurs for your group, and exclusive yacht or boat charters for unforgettable days exploring Anguilla’s crystal-clear waters.



    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Festive Season: December 18 – January 8, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations during this period are non-refundable.



    Non-Festive Season: A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in. Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.

If you have the opportunity to book a stay at Villa Anguillitta do not hesitate. This is by far one of the most remarkable properties I have ever rented and I truly hope to return soon. All the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely en-suite bathrooms. There is a gym, a library, a large hot tub, an infinity pool, an outdoor bathroom with shower, ample outdoor lounges and seating, and a 9 hole mini golf course. There is a beach a 2 minute walk away where you can swim or snorkel.The views overlooking the sea towards St Martin are so spectacular, they are mesmerizing! The Villa and the grounds are stunning and the gorgeous infinity pool is perfect for exercise or relaxation. The pictures do not capture the charm of this property but I will include some nonetheless. The hosts were really great people and very easy to deal with, in fact their involvement made our stay even better. Thank you Irad, Catherine, and Paul.
