"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay. Eggs were empty for a very long time despite asking for them to be refilled. The other breakfast food that was supposed to be warm, was cold. We frequently stay at Hampton Inns because they are consistently good, except for this stay."

No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. "

"Pool is small with no hot tub,staff is confusing on phone and there were hidden charges not mentioned,ants in bathroom and centipedes in pool. Shampoo and conditioner in tub area were empty. Adjoining room lock was broken.TV remotes needed new batteries. Finding laundry facilities were like going on a maze and dryer needed ran 3 times to dry. "

The staff was very friendly and check in was so easy, professional and made sure I knew about the facility. She also let me know where the restaurants were because I was not familiar with the area. It was a great experience! I will be back."
