“This was at least our 5th stay here, and it was, as always, a wonderful experience. The condo itself is set up perfectly for our group of 4 adults, 2 tween/teens and the family dog. Communication with the hosts is friendly and fast, and they are very responsive to requests and any last-minute issues (always on our end) that come up, as well as open to suggestions. They also go out of their way to share any knowledge of special events and opportunities in the area during our stay. The amenities……

“Evelyn checked me in and found a small error with my check in. She went above and beyond to correct the situation for me without hesitation. She provided me with conversation as i waited. She gave off such a warm welcome. True customer service. ”

“Room number 7 is very big and met our needs entirely. I only wish I could have adapted the room temperatureto our needs. I did not try to open the windows. I was afraid to try to open the windows, since it's a very old property, but I wish I could have had some fresh air. A wonderful large bar of lavender soap was in the room, and it helped to scent the room. Also a very cute dish of chocolates was waiting for us. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to the owner Mr. Ropley, and the two cooks/……

“We travel to Altoona frequently for family and always stay at this hotel. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. ”

“The lady at the front desk was nice the hotel was clean only issue we had was parking had to park in tractor supply parking lot but wasn’t a terrible walk since there was a door at to go into at the back of the building ”

“Super fast check in - friendly clerk. I didn't get her name, but she welcomed us and let us know there was a large group of middle schoolers at the hotel too. If there was any noise after 10 pm we should let her know. There was none, but I appreciated her giving us the heads up when checking in.”

“The room was quite spacious, clean, very comfortable. Desk staff was very helpful. Continential Breakfast was good but would have liked some peanut butter to go with my jelly bread. I need to be conscious of my protein intake because I need more than most people. I’ll definitely stay here again ”
