The hotel is in an excellent location. It's located on a quiet side street but less than a 10 minute walk to 2 underground stations. It is also located on the Piccadilly Line, which goes directly to Heathrow Airport. There are loads of restaurants and shops very close by. The room and bathroom were fine. Maybe it's not a feature in London hotels but it would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room or if the hotel had an ice machine. While they were not unpleasant, the staff was not at all helpful or seem to be interested in giving suggestions on restaurants, places to go, etc. Again, maybe not a realistic expectation of a hotel of this class. The bottom line is I would stay there again.

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?

Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

Great location for theatre and other attractions. The room was exceptionally clean. Good air con although the controls were a little confusing. Shower head wouldn’t stay up so a bit hard to shower but I only stayed one night and when I reported this on check out, the staff were very professional about it.
