the cabin was easy to find; it is very well appointed with everything you would need from bedding to kitchen utensils it is only 10 minutes to the town of Blueridge.it is very privet but not isolated. we brought our dog Riley along and she had a ball. One other comet the wood stairs leading upstairs could be slick it would be nice to have some non-slip treads.

Great location. Accommodating.

The home is clean and inviting. The nature sounds and views are so calming. It is located close to everything you need and will want to do. Just get there in the daylight, at least for the first time, as the turn off the major road can be tricky. Would stay here again.

A Great Weekend Get-Away!

I took my wife on a weekend get-away for her birthday. The address was easy to find via GPS, and the location was well positioned and not too difficult to reach. The accommodations were as stated and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the hot tub worked well. Overall a GREAT stay!

Anniversary Getaway

This cabin had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and comfortable beds. WiFi worked perfectly as did the cable tv. Very private and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The sink in the kitchen was messed up but nothing that can't be fixed quickly. Very nice!

Rustic Cabin Feel

Loved the paneling and views as well as the remote location. It is however in desperate need of a deep cleaning and decor upgrades. There are cobwebs in the windows and dog hair and dirt in various places. Priced right for what you get.

Relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We celebrated our anniversary and had a great time! A couple of things that put a slight damper was the listing said there was a hot tub, but wasn’t until after it was booked, it was revealed the hot tub was unavailable. Also, there were a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawer. Other than that, place was beautiful and clean.

Amazing

This place is beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing view of the mountains. Sunset and sunrise were my favorite sitting on the swing watching the skies. Disclaimer MOTORCYCLES: While you can make it down and up, it’s a steep gravel road so be prepared to off road but it’s worth it.

A secluded cabin close to Blue Ridge, Georgia

This cabin is the perfect secluded hideaway very close to Blue Ridge, Georgia and the surrounding adventures. This canin has everything one could want to accommodate your stay. The screened porch and swing was my favorite place to come into the prescence of our God and His creation each and every morning of our stay. Abundant wildlife can be seen each and everyday you stay here. Deer, squirrels, and many birds visit the blueberry bush outside the front entrance to this cabin. We will return!

Serviceable, but dated. Nice view. Close to town.

The cabin appears to have been quite nice when it was built, but the furniture and linens need a refresh. Everything in the game room is in disrepair to the point where it really should be sealed up and removed from the listing. The view from the porch is lovely. Beware of the address link Vacasa texts to you as it took me a guy's farm in a totally different town then congratulated me on arriving at my rental.

Great cabin but needs some tweaks

This cabin had an amazing sunrise view. Location was good but the road was challenging for our highlander… I can’t imagine it in the winter if they get snow. The beds were ok, I’d recommend an upgrade and mattress padding and they need to get a better cleaning service. There was mold and a bandaid in the shower, cob webs on porch and the coffee maker was gross.

Cleanliness

For the most part, the property listing was very accurate. It was in a great location and the amenities were so fun! The outside needs some attention. The screens and railings need pressure washing. There is a significant amount of dog hair on the outside rug. We knew the cabin was dog friendly even though we don’t have a dog we decided to try it. However, when we checked it the smell of urine in the upstairs was so very strong. We bought deodorizer, disinfectant, and carpet cleaner which helped. The weather was nice so we were able to leave the loft windows open. The carpet desperately needs a shampoo to clean the dog urine and try to eliminate the smell. We probably won’t stay in a dog friendly cabin again. Other than those couple of things, the cabin was fantastic!

Dog Friendly but needs TLC and maintenance

I’ve shared a detailed review with Vacasa, who manages this listing, hopefully they will share with the owner and have some maintenance completed at this home. We chose this property because it was pet friendly. We visited in October and unfortunately there are close trees so there is not a great mountain view. It has the minimum needed for a weekend, bedding, pillows, back deck, etc. Unfortunately there were other things in this home that need attention. The photos on the listing are outdated. There are no cute stumps for sitting around the fire, there are multiple old welcome mats, one is growing into the grass. The air fryer and coffee machine are missing light indicators and the coffee machine is difficult to use because the labels on the buttons has been rubbed off, so using it is an educated guess. The cabin was dark, and was made a little darker by a missing lamp bulbs and overhead light. The drive to the rental starts on asphalt then drops steeply to gravel. There is a sign on the gravel road that is posted stating AWD or 4WD vehicles only should attempt the climb out of the driveway. Overall the cabin needs maintenance.

Family weekend vacation

The cabin was good for our family. The outside was disappointing because the grass was tall and the kids were able to get out an about like we thought. It needs a deep clean. It was close to town and everything we needed was not far to find. Definitely need 4wd to get to the cabin!

Weekend away

Great quiet place to stay descent view. Basement games were very worn out! Wish hot tun worked, driveway was the biggest thing not sure if we could have made it out of the property without 4wd with all the rain the area received while we were there and there was NOTHING about that in the listing
