• 100 Acre Woods is NOT a pet-friendly property.

• Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

• For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required.

The cleaning will be scheduled during your stay.

The cost is the same as the standard cleaning fee: $195.

Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked overnight at the property.
