The Space:

Greenridge invites the outside in with a fully collapsable wall of windows along the back of the house creating a shared indoor-outdoor experience with nature. The comforts of the sprawling deck with soaring fireplace and comfortable seating call to you gather with friends and family for a meal from the outdoor kitchen featuring Trager grill and Kamado Joe egg smoker, or enjoy a drink by the fireside. The lower deck offers a bubbling hot tub to relax and unwind as the sun goes down.



There are 3 king ensuite bedrooms with luxury linens and spa like retreats. The master bedroom and bath are fully wrapped in windows with electronic shades, so that you wake to the wonders of wildlife all around you. The glass walls of the master bath provide the illusion of a floating vanity wrapped in light. The adjacent freestanding soaking tub and glass enclosed rainhead shower provide a serene bathing experience with nature, or lower the remote controlled shades for privacy.



The state-of-the-art kitchen has Jenn Air appliances and an expansive island with seating for all at upholstered charts includes all of the cookware and bakeware for preparing meals. The additional wet bar with wine fridge offers an opportunity to gather for after dinner drinks on the comfortable leather sectional sofa around the soaring stone fireplace and big screen TV with smart connectivity.



Cascading down the stairs is where the fun continues! On this game room level, belly up to the bar for snacks, relax on the suede chairs by the fire, accept a foosball or darts challenge, or watch the big game on one of multiple TV’s! Here you will also find the 3rd bedroom suite, laundry room, and 1/2 bath—plus the one-of-a-kind bankers safe for that industrial vibe.



**NOTE: There are cameras on the decks that are not active or recording. They were wired into the home during construction and present when the home was purchased. They are not monitored. There is a camera facing the entrance, one facing the top back deck, and one facing the spa area. No footage is being recorded.

Other Things to Note:

*The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
