Perfect escape!

Beautiful Blue Ridge

This is a STUNNINGLY beautiful property that meets all of your expectations and MORE!!! Effortless and easy check in/out provided by property management. Gorgeous home , beautiful views , amazingly spectacular sunsets and all the comforts / entertainment to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely return to this property again!

Gorgeous and convenient

We had a girls weekend at New Heights. It exceeded our expectations!! We spent most of our time on the back deck because the view was just breathtaking. We ate meals and watched tv out there as well. The house was so convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Cousin's Reunion

This house was extremely clean and the view was breath taking, even from inside the house. There is road noise from the main road below, but it was tolerable. We still enjoyed the deck, grilling out, and the views.

Stunning views, amazing house

We had a full house of people and were extremely comfortable. The house layout is perfect and the views are beautiful. The only thing to be aware of when booking is that the road traffic noise on the back porch is loud, but not a deal breaker for us. You couldn’t hear it inside the house.

Great property but poor property management

We loved the property - quality, location, and amenities! But unfortunately there were lots of issues with the property management. First, the directions tell you to look for Overlook Road but the actual name from the highway is Blue Ridge Heights (15 minutes wasted driving around). Then, every code they gave us in the email (door, gate, wifi) didn't work and we had to call for assistance to get into the house and gate. It was a challenge to connect with support staff and we ended up leaving voicemails twice. We never got the wifi to work. Plus, the garbage cans outside had not been emptied prior to our arrival and were 2/3 full of unbagged, smelly trash. I hate to give a property this great a score this low but until they fix the basic customer experience I can't rate it any other way.
