Living Areas

A towering stone fireplace crackles with warmth, while plush seating beckons for morning coffee, family storytelling, or movie nights on the SMART TV. The rich wood interiors and high-beamed ceilings create the feeling of a true North Georgia hideaway.



Downstairs, the terrace-level game room transforms evenings into memories. Challenge your family to a friendly round of billiards, stream a movie on the big-screen SMART TV, or sink into the sofa while laughter and the soft rush of the river drift in from outside. It’s the perfect spot to let time slow down and enjoy the company of those around you.







Kitchen & Dining Areas



The gourmet kitchen is both beautiful and functional, designed for moments that bring everyone together. Prepare hearty breakfasts on the stove, stock the side-by-side fridge with local treats, and let the dishwasher handle the cleanup. Even cooking feels like a vacation here, surrounded by warm wood tones and the ever-present view of the river beyond the windows.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms



After a day on the water or trails, retreat to the cabin’s four cozy bedrooms, each designed to help you unwind. The upstairs king suite offers peaceful river views and a SMART TV for private relaxation. Three queen bedrooms provide restful comfort, including the main-level queen with its own SMART TV and the terrace-level queen with easy access to the game room. The two twin beds are perfect for children or the young-at-heart.



Three full bathrooms ensure comfort for all, highlighted by a main-level bath with an antique clawfoot tub on a slate floor—a nod to rustic charm and a dreamy spot to soak your cares away. Every space feels like a private retreat, inviting guests to slow down and savor the mountain air.







Outdoor Amenities



The outdoor living spaces are where The Grand Toccoa truly shines. Three expansive decks overlook the river, each anchored by its own wood-burning fireplace. In the morning, sip coffee wrapped in a blanket as mist rises from the Toccoa. In the evening, let the firelight dance across the water as the stars appear one by one overhead.



For pure relaxation, step into the bubbling hot tub, set against the gentle sounds of the river as your soundtrack. Follow the private walking path down to the riverbank to fish for trout, wade in the shallows, or sit in quiet reflection while the water winds its way through the mountains. This is where unforgettable moments are made.







Other Amenities



The cabin features five SMART TVs, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking. Best of all, dogs are welcome, so your four-legged family members can join in the adventure.



 



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



The Grand Toccoa Retreat  is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3  bath log home that sleeps up to 10 and offers the following:

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
