“The hotel location is great with the beach nearby and many options of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful with good services. The only thing that happened, is the hotel didn't mention there would be noise from the construction works during the stay period. The noise start at 11:00 in the morning, just woke me up of a sudden and i think is just above my room. At last, the front office managed to give us a new room which will be far away from the noise.. But still, it surprises me……

“Estuvimos por 7 noches en el hotel, nuestro vuelo fue cancelado debido a que el aeropuerto se encuentra cerrado, al llegar al mostrador el personal fue grosero al darme la tarifa para extender mi estadía, al punto de decirme que esa es la única tarifa y que si no me parecía me dura a otro hotel, considero que en la situación en la que nos encontramos todos los visitantes del hotel sin poder retornar a nuestros países y ante la menor cantidad de personas viajando a hacia dubai, el hotel debió……

“The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is near the Jumeirah Beach, and the transportation is convenient. Breakfast is very good for offering a lot of choices. The staff, including the manager at the check-in desk, those working at the executive lounge, and those helping us with the luggages, are exceptionally nice. ”

“We stayed at the deluxe suite for a week during cny break. It was a great stay! Room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Azure beach club was nice. The wooden gym and open class area by the beach was cute. The only down side is the traffic. Cuz it is located JBR and it’s a very popular touristy area. I guess that’s a trade off if u want beach and convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. ”
