Nice position and views

Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided, though property is looking a bit tired overall, photos may need updating. The issue with property entry fobs is a security risk - garage was opening by itself at times when other residents were coming and going . Short walk through bush to the beach is nice. Overall comfortable stay. and excellent check-in process by caretaker. Would consider staying here again.

I spent 3 days there with my wife. We had a good time but the property clearly needs some maintenance/renovations. There's nothing luxurious about it. The fitout is old and needs repairs throughout. The property is also not a villa, it's a unit/townhouse within a 28 units complex. The ad leads you to believe it has a private pool and spa when in fact it's part of the common property and shared among all units. It does have gorgeous views and is well located but don't expect much more than that. Pros: -nice views -good location Cons: -not at all luxurious as advertised -pool/spa is not private, quite the opposite -Bbq doesn't work/broken -nespresso machine leaks water -overall old and damaged fitout -full of mosquitoes inside the house when we arrived. I had to kill them all and ask the caretaker to clean the house because the dead bodies were literally everywhere -towels provided will turn your skin black, particularly hands and under the nails, which is very disappointing after showering -the drains in one of the bathrooms started smelling real bad after the first day

Mini getaway to paradise

What an amazing little piece of paradise! We stayed at the house for 2 nights and had the most delightful time. Seamless check in process, with Zac being available for anything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. It had lots of areas to escape from the family and have time to yourself. Views from the property were out of this world and it was a great location! We will be back ❤️

Lovely place

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The balcony has great views which can also be viewed from inside the living room. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool/spa which were very relaxing. We also loved the fact that it was somewhat in a secluded part of the local area while still very close to all attractions.

Incredible view from beautiful house

Great accommodation in a fabulous location. The only minor criticism would be the house is just starting to get a little tired and in need of a good spring clean. But the fundamentals are great: new couches, good beds, good fridge, good bathrooms, awesome TV and Foxtel HD etc. highly recommended.

Oasis at One Mile Beach

Fantastic house with breathtaking views. We loved the infinity pool and balcony views particularly. The Port Stephens area also has plenty of options in terms of water sports and dining out. Birubi Beach is beautiful and a must see. I don't think you could be disappointed with this property or location!

Stunning views

Lovely home with sweeping views of the beach. The home was comfortable for our family, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. We visited over the Australia Day long weekend with very high temperatures, and while the listing mentions air conditioning, it is only available in the kids room downstairs. Upstairs remained incredibly warm and stuffy, even with the ceiling fans on. Glenyss and Alan were kind and very quick to provide a solution, by bringing over two brand new pedestal fans which made sleeping in the upstairs bedroom much more bearable. Only other minor negative was the exceptionally steep slope of the driveway - my brother was not able to get his car up to the property as it would damage his car. It’s only a short walk from the visitor car park though, so unless you are less mobile it’s not a big issue. The pool and spa were a stunning escape, gorgeous vistas over valley below! And the beautiful beaches of Port Stephens only a quick drive away. Overall a lovely family holiday, we are grateful for the helpfulness of our hosts and for the relaxing stay!

Wonderful house with stunning views!

An excellent location atop the hill allows for sweeping views, and a short walk to the beach. House was exactly as shown in photos, and came fully equipped with all the modern appliances to allow a family to live in comfort. Was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to friends.

More than I expected

The property and location was absolutely stunning , shops nearby made it easy to find things to do and the view of one mike beach was incredible. The complex itself is peaceful and quiet but you’re still able to have an amazing experience and fun!!
