“Too expensive for what one gets. Old and not well maintained rooms”

“Easy to get to. Nice restaurant at the end of the property. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day.”

“Perhaps the best thing was the location in the proximity of Glaciar National Park. For a half of the paid price it would be a decent one night stay albeit not a comfortable one. We had a room #10 in the main building, looking much better inside than outside. Everything was very clean and kind of nice. Our bathroom was pretty spacious, with a small shower cabin and a non-functioning bathtub. There were a few shelves (very convenient) and only a single towelbar and one hook for towels.……

“This property is only a few months old. The staff was great, especially Tyler. The breakfast is only muffins and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. My big complaint was the lack of insulation. While the location was quiet the rooms weren’t. I was there 2 weeks, during the week pretty quiet the weekends not. Without insulation hard to keep children quiet.”

“Parked below the room. You know, don't advertise stuff if you don't provide it. There is no pool, cuz they aren't gonna make the repairs? Is that what I was led to understand. There is no b-fast, which is fine, I don't recall paying attention to if That was Running. Room was adequate. That being said: One really big turnoff to me is a hotel that can't be bothered to have caulking done well.”

“Looks like it has seen better days. Our bathroom soap dispenser was broken; we had a bathtub in our bedroom (a first!); overall just felt worn and a bit shabby. The pullout couch serving as a third bed had a horrible mattress. I expected nicer accommodations for the price”

“The property is a grand property built during early times that lacks certain amenities that modern travelers expect. For instance, no elevators. Our room was very small and hadn't been updated. It was clean, though; the corridor was quiet. The setting is relaxing and invites the hurried traveler to slow down, enjoy conversation or a game of cards, read a book, or surf the internet. The staff is numerous, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. It is near to Glacier National Park, and across……

“The room was just lovely, everything was spotless, and a great basket of goodies awaited us. The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked a treat, and we had our very own little squirrel visit us each afternoon for some nuts. The lady on the front desk was very polite, and when we asked for extra towels, and some dish detergent, she bought hot straight over for us. The check in process was easy and fast.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Loved the rustic lodge ambiance but with all the amenities. Very cozy and quiet but minutes to Glacier National Park entrance. Breakfast (included) was great! There are also several restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Front desk staff was very helpful, especially moving us to a ground floor room since we were traveling with a pet. Breakfast selection is very good. Far beyond the normal Continental breakfast you can find in hotels. Location is perfect for exploring Whitefish and the Flathead valley. We have stayed there before and it never disappoints.”
