The rooms were fine, but there is certainly signs of deferred maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, broken light fixtures, no explanation on operation of A/C, television, etc. Just beginning to show its age. Fantastic stay in this spacious and comfortable condo. Loved being so close to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and the little store next door had everything we needed. Nellie was very welcoming and sweet. Thank you!
