「When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. From arranging taxis for us to booking our Zapatillas tour, he helped us with everything and anything we needed.
