“Excellent hotel, very nice room, nice breakfast every morning. Great location, only 1 1/2 blocks from the U Train into the center of the City. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. One night we had a problem with the TV, and the hotel manager came up to the room to fix it. This was the best hotel we stayed in our German trip ”

“Staying at Hotel West has been one of the pleasant experience with EU hotels. It offers nice, friendly and home-like settings, nice breakfast and great transporting location. Although the front desk is not 24hrs, with normal working schedule on a business trip it didn't bother me at all. And I can't show enough appreciation to the help extended by the hotel staff, especially Jorg the manager. I visited the city this time for a trade show, and one of the packages mailed ahead was delayed by DHL.……
