“Great all around experience. Will stay here again!”

“This is an older hotel so don’t expect all the bells and whistles. I’ve stayed here before and the place is generally clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is quiet with easy access to I-55. The problem I had with this stay was seeing some mold in my room under one of the tables and quite a bit of dust, indicating the room had not been well cleaned in some time. I’m one of those people who always brings supplies to do my own cleaning and sanitizing anyway, but this……

“The place stinks like musty moldy air. Our room had literal black mold on the wall and we left as soon as I saw it. When I mentioned it to the front desk nothing was done all I was told was I had to contact Expedia for a refund. When I did just that, they denied the mold being an issue and tried to argue my dispute. The place is absolutely disgusting and should be condemned. Shame on this place of business.”

“I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. To top it off the pool wasn’t even open even closed. I was so ready to check out……

“My room was clean, but the hallways were terrible. The wifi didn't work and the room was half the size they showed.”

“Traveled for work and I keep coming back for the prices. Some maintenace tried to walk in my room while I was sleeping but he knocked, I just ignored him. They had the best channels out of everywhere I been so theres that as well. Place is pretty clean and you depending on how you are you could bring your family and stay if needed. I think they only have two washers and dryers however.”

“room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.”

“Staff was friendly but appeared disorganized upon check in. Cleanliness of the Wyndham property was disappointing. Mould in the bathroom. Room floor was disgustingly dirty. Bed skirt had stains that showed it had not been washed recently. Spiders in room. And people loitering in the parking lot. Hotel properties often become old and tired looking, but I’m afraid this was more than that. This was actually dirty. Can not walk on the suite floor without shoes. Socks had to be thrown out because……

“The area was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was good. Bed was comfortable. The only note we had for the room was there was a large gap in the door they let a lot of light from the hall into the room at night and we didn’t like the bathroom being in the middle of the room with sliding door that wouldn’t lock.”

“Everything was EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL, Clean room, staff, bar, breakfast and the view”

“One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten in a motel or hotel. And the only problem we had was the one chair in our room so one of us had to sit on the best to watch television. We did “steal” another chair from the lobby but the cleaning crew returned it after a couple of days, but we were leaving by then. :) Everything else was exceptional plus!”
