While some of the outdoor patio equipment is clearly past its best the inside of the cottage was fantastic for our needs having two teenage boys. Yes the dishwasher wasn't plumbed in but it wasn't a showstopper. The internet worked, the rooms are very clean and very comfortable and the hotel facilities were great. The surrounding area packed with places to see and things to do. Would recommend and would consider going back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

cottage very spacious and all bedrooms good size for teenagers too! facilities on site excellent and improved recently with mini golf etc, gym & pool excellent cottage itself might need some work shortly and decking very slippy good location for travel around area but road can be a nightmare as very narrow & frequently used by large tractors meaning reversing into passing areas is a test! wi fi fine but no mobile signal until walk up hill

From the pictures it looks excellent When we arrived the cottage looked very tired the patio was quite slippery (we had a young child with us) Not sure about the four poster bed!! The rooms were quite dusty It is mentioned about the phone signal you have to walk to the bar to get a signal. However the good things were the swimming pool area, the gym is serviceable and towels and bedding great The garden is lovely for the children to play safely in There is also room for two cars to park. If you can navigate the narrowness of the lanes it's great to go to Wadebridge, cross the ferry from Rock to Padstow and go to Newquay the beach and surf are wonderful. I am sure this has been a very beautiful site it does need some love to bring it back to life
