“Initially was not pleased with the room that was provided. There seemed to be confusion as to what room/view was booked. Front desk and management did listen to our feedback and changed our accommodation to a room that was in-line with our expectations. Overall a positive experience, and we were thankful for the staff and their willingness to ensure we were happy. ”

“This facility went above and beyond in all aspects. Before customer service was absolutely fantastic responding within 24hrs. Asked for a room near the facilities and they accommodated - I have disabilities. The facilities for myself and son (teen - yes excellent wifi and by the pool) along with the position of this hotel is pretty much fantastic 👏. There were 2500year old ruins next door. Super shopping mall less than 5 mins stroll. The auditorium was 10mins walk, beaches about the same as was……

“The hotel has everything you could need and staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is amazing and lots of options. Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. The pools are really nice with lots of sunbeds available and the beach is attached to the hotel. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. ”

“The Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum is a wonderful resort for a reasonable price. We stayed just before the start of the summer season so the resort’s amenities and facilities weren’t fully operational yet but they did well with what they had. Staff were kind and courteous but slow at times due to lower staffing. One morning there was an issue with the water - none of the rooms had water but it was quickly resolved before the end of breakfast service. It’s a stunning view and well worth it for……
