"Business trip- they charge 14.00 for breakfast if you want to “walk in” or you get coupons per day. My room smelled so moldy the whole stay! My view was dirty snow on a roof. The elevator was out the day I left- I had to take the stairs with several bags as I’ve been gone all week for work. Breakfast was the exact same thing daily- you’d think that would change… it didn’t for 4 days. I’m often in the area and have stayed at a lot of holiday inns in the area - this one ranks as one of the lower ones, the breakfast lady was the nicest person in the hotel. The maids wore ear buds so it took several minutes to get the attention to ask for a coffee pod. "

"Excellent service and well done rooms. Randall was great help when checking in and understanding the Inn and area. "

"There were rips in bedding, curtains, & carpet. Also faint stains in furniture. Very expensive for the quality of room. "

"Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board."

"Parking was bad, there was a whole pool of water that we had to drive through. MANY stink bug and there was hair on my towel when I went to use it. Staff was nice. Very run down."

"We came down to visit our son in college with our dog who is sick. It was a memorable visit with plenty of room in the house for our family of 6 plus our dog. The host was amazing and any questions I had they got right back to me. The house had everything we needed for the weekend, added bonus only 10min or so from campus! We definitely plan on staying here again"
