There is a local Tourist Tax of CHF 3.50 per guest 16 year or older per night to pay at the property on departure.

This unique four-bedroom house is located directly on the beautiful Brienz Lake. Large private garden with BBQ and outside seating. The views are truly outstanding.

Parking for 4 cars. Two balconies with seating and tables. WIFI throughout. Laundry area with washer/dryer. Two lounges with Smarts TV's. Swimming Towels provided.

Great home in an amazing location
Our stay in Juliet's home was amazing. We could not believe how beautiful and convenient the location was. We stayed with our family of 7 and found the home to be more than comfortable for all of us. The location was such an easy drive to all the adventures that are in the area. It was close to bakeries and groceries and right across the street from beautiful Lake Brienz. The views from every window of the house were amazing. We would recommend this house.

Beautiful Lakefront Stay
This house is incredible. It's literally across the street from the lake and surrounded by mountains. Incredible views. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. No traffic or noise. The home inside has everything and very comfortable and clean. Everything has been updated. Perfect base home for exploring the area. Ideal for families. The host is amazing and fast to respond. Definitely want to come back soon.

A gem on the lake
We had a lovely stay hiring both apartments 1 and 2. The property is across the street from lovely lake Brienz and access to the lake couldn’t be easier. A short walk to many restaurants and a handful of necessary shops. A great base to explore the region. We had a great stay.

Amazing location and very responsive host
Right on the lake, with steps down the lake wall so you can swim from the property. Worth understanding that there is a public road between you and the lake and its a popular spot so you'll get others using the area for swimming & picnics too - NOT a private lake front if that matters to you. The property is two completely separate flats on each floor with two bedrooms in each. Bönigen has a few restaurants and supermarket/bakery, but is a couple of miles from Interlaken itself, so you're a short bus or bike ride from the town. Juliet very quick to respond to issues, and can recommend as an expert in removing live birds that have managed to get themselves somehow entangled in the ventilation system!

Wonderful time at a beautiful place
We loved this house with lake access right across the street and walking distance to Boenigen town and to a beautiful outdoor pool that also had lake access. Interlaken is also a short bus ride away. We would definitely come back.

Amazing views
Waking up to the lake view is amazing. The house is well equipped with everything you need and very reasonably priced. It is 2 different apartments, with the top apartment having the full kitchen. They cannot be standalone apartments since the downstairs doesn’t have a kitchen. Juliet was very helpful with everything we asked, and that was a big plus. Plenty of parking. We were 6 adults and 2 kids (4 and 7) and everyone loved their stay.
