“The house was very clean and spacious. I loved the wood floors as I had a dog with me and this made it easy to clean up any accidents. I also liked that it was so close to the UGA campus. The beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was a dream ! It was also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Overall, this would be a great place for family and friends to enjoy a game weekend or campus for parents of a college student.”

“I just wanted to share that the homeowners were absolutely wonderful! They were so communicative and friendly during my stay. And let me tell you, the home itself was just as charming and spacious as I remembered from my first visit. Needless to say, my second stay here was an absolute delight!”

It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. “We so enjoyed staying in your house. We were there for a funeral service but being able to walk to town was a major plus. The only suggestion we would have is a pad underneath the rugs, they moved around quite a bit.. we can’t wait to come back.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and very "new" feeling. The door key pads were easy to use and the host communication was clear. Downtown is 6-10 minutes depending on traffic so it was close enough to make multiple trips on a couple of days. It is not very far from 441 but has minimal road noise, and the neighborhood was not very busy so was pretty quiet. We may be heading back to Athens in the future and will make this our first place to check for availability.”

“The home is lovely and homey. Even though it is close to a highway, we did not notice much road noise. It was quiet inside. The bed we slept in had a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Amy is very sweet and quick to respond if you need anything.”
